Sony has announced a PlayStation Plus price increase for new customers starting May 20. One-month subscriptions rise to $10.99 in the US, with three-month plans at $27.99.

Sony has announced a price increase for PlayStation Plus subscriptions. The new rates will apply to new customers starting May 20.

New pricing for one-month and three-month plans

A one-month subscription will cost 10.99 USD (about $10.99) in the US, 9.99 EUR (about $11.61) in Europe, and 7.99 GBP (about $10.64) in the UK. A three-month subscription will be 27.99 USD (about $27.99) in the US, 27.99 EUR (about $32.53) in Europe, and 21.99 GBP (about $29.30) in the UK.

Current subscribers will not be affected unless they change or end their subscription. The price increase does not apply to users in Turkey and India.

Sony announced the change through its official account on X.
