Update includes 37 vulnerability fixes

The May 2026 security patch includes 37 vulnerability fixes. Of these, 30 come from Google, with two rated critical and 27 rated high. The remaining seven fixes address Samsung-specific vulnerabilities, known as Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVEs).

The update is rolling out globally. Samsung's rollout of the May 2026 security update is underway, according to the company's Security Updates page.

The update covers a wide range of devices, including the Galaxy S26, S26+, S26 Ultra, Galaxy A57, A56, A55, A54, A06, Galaxy XCover 7 Pro, and XCover 6 Pro. Samsung has not confirmed the exact timeline for when all eligible devices will receive the update.
