Samsung introduces dedicated teams and external generative tools to modernize workflows across all departments.

The initiative introduces dedicated AI teams and new internal tools for workforce use. Employees will gain access to external generative AI services including Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude. These platforms support routine tasks across multiple departments within the company.

Samsung plans to deliver AI education to its entire global workforce by the end of 2026. Around 50 group presidents will attend a two-day training session at the Samsung Human Resources Development Institute this month. Senior executives numbering about 2,300 will participate in separate three-day sessions with completion expected by mid-August.

The program features tailored educational content aligned with various job functions across the organization. The company is deploying these tools to streamline manufacturing processes and optimize business operations. Sessions are organized sequentially to accommodate the diverse locations and roles within Samsung's global operations.

Samsung introduced this program on June 9, 2026. The strategy positions the company to modernize internal workflows through widespread AI adoption. The initiative aligns with widespread corporate adoption of generative AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
