The devices connect to phones via a USB-C cable and draw just 0.32 watts of power. Rision built the units in a lightweight aluminum housing that weighs only 25 grams. The Magic model provides a native resolution of 160 by 120 pixels. The higher-end Magic Pro model steps up to a native resolution of 256 by 192 pixels.

Both cameras measure temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius to +600 degrees Celsius. The manufacturer states that measured values deviate by no more than 2 percent from the actual temperature.
