Ubisoft will reveal the next major update for Rainbow Six Siege on May 17, 2026. The event is scheduled to begin at 17:30 ET. This announcement coincides with the conclusion of the BLAST R6 Salt Lake City Major tournament. The studio confirmed the reveal through its official social media channels.

New map Calypso Casino and Dokkaebi rework confirmed.

The upcoming content is titled Operation System Override. It serves as the second season of Year 11. The update introduces a new map called Calypso Casino. Players can also expect a significant rework for the operator Dokkaebi. The patch includes a brand-new weapon and introduces Ranked 3.0 mode. Operator balancing adjustments accompany the new ranked system.

Access to the Rainbow Six Siege test servers is expected to begin on May 18. This date falls one day after the official reveal stream. The full release of Operation System Override is projected for the first few days of June 2026. The exact launch date remains unconfirmed at this time.

The reveal event aligns with the end of the Salt Lake City Major. This timing connects the competitive scene directly to the new seasonal content. Ubisoft has not yet provided specific details on the Ranked 3.0 mechanics beyond its name. The precise release window for the full update is still uncertain.
