The Pokémon Company International is bringing the crossover fighting game Pokémon Champions to mobile devices. The title will arrive on iOS and Android platforms with a scheduled release date of June 17, 2026. This expansion allows players to access the game outside of the Nintendo Switch ecosystem.
Cross-platform play and save data support join the mobile release
The mobile version maintains full cross-platform play capabilities with the existing console edition. Players can also link their progress through a Nintendo Account to carry over their save data across different devices. The game maintains full synchronization between handheld and console versions to support player communities.
A limited-time event runs concurrently with the launch window from June 17 through September 2, 2026. Participants receive a free Raichu character alongside exclusive Mega Stones known as Raichunite X and Y. These items unlock specific transformations that grant unique battle abilities to the Pokémon.
Mega Raichu X provides the Electric Surge field effect during battles. Mega Raichu Y provides the No Guard ability that modifies damage mechanics during battles. Participants can access the free Raichu and exclusive Mega Stones as soon as the iOS and Android versions launch on June 17, 2026.
