Oppo will launch the Reno 16 series in China on May 25, 2026. The lineup includes the standard Reno 16 and the Reno 16 Pro. Both models are expected to feature a triple rear camera system led by a 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 main sensor, paired with a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens.

The Reno 16 is tipped to have a 6.32-inch 1.5K OLED display, a MediaTek Dimensity 8550 processor, and a 6700mAh battery. The Reno 16 Pro is rumored to sport a larger 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED screen, a MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset, and a 7000mAh battery. Both devices are said to support 80W wired charging, with the Pro model adding 50W wireless charging.

The Reno 16 will be available in Heartbeat Star (white), Galaxy Purple, and Midnight Black. It will offer configurations with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB. The Reno 16 Pro will come in Heartbeat Star (white), Dream Blue, and Midnight Black, with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage.
The specifications mentioned are based on leaks and rumors, and Oppo has not confirmed the details. The company has not disclosed pricing for either model. The launch event is scheduled for May 25 in China.
