SNK and its partner Plaion are responsible for this updated schedule for the NeoGeo AES+ console. The device is a re-release of the original AES platform, designed to bring vintage arcade and home console experiences to current living rooms. The new date allows the manufacturers to address production bottlenecks that were threatening a rushed market entry.
The console features low-latency HDMI output capable of 1080p video resolution. It maintains full compatibility with original game cartridges, ensuring that existing libraries work without modification.
