Battlestate Games has launched a new in-game event titled Full Speed Ahead for the tactical shooter Escape from Tarkov. The update introduces a structured questline designed to reward players with specific gear and experience points. The event begins with the quest No Smoke Without Fire, which serves as the entry point for participants.

Locate radar parts on Shoreline and stash them in Woods, Customs, or Streets of Tarkov

The core objective of the event centers on a follow-up quest named Stealing the Stolen. Players must locate and collect spare parts for radar stations scattered across multiple maps. These specific items can be found on Rogue enemies located on the Shoreline, Reserve, and Lighthouse maps. Once collected, players need to stash the parts in three distinct locations: Woods, Customs, and Streets of Tarkov.

Completing the Stealing the Stolen quest provides a fixed set of rewards for successful participants. Players receive 12,000 experience points and 3,000 in-game currency. The gear reward includes an HK 416 assault rifle, three compatible magazines, and three boxes of M855 ammunition. This package offers a direct path to upgrading weapon loadouts without relying on random loot drops.

The event structure encourages players to engage with high-risk areas where Rogue enemies typically patrol. By targeting specific maps like Shoreline and Reserve, the quest forces movement through contested zones. This design choice aligns with the game's core loop of risk versus reward, as players must navigate dangerous terrain to secure the necessary radar parts.

Battlestate Games has not confirmed the duration of the Full Speed Ahead event or its end date. The company has also not disclosed whether this questline will be available in future seasonal updates. Players interested in the HK 416 reward must complete the objectives while the event remains active.
