Modder PunishedWolf is releasing Update 1.1 for Gears of War: Redux on September 1. This patch brings fresh content to the community overhaul of the original PC game. Players who enjoy the modded experience will get new weapons and enemies to face.
Modder PunishedWolf releases patch with new weapons and Gears 2 enemies
The update targets the PC version of the game, distinct from the official Reloaded Edition. It adds three new weapons to the arsenal: the Sawed-off Shotgun, Sawed-off Bayonet, and Breechshot. A new Launcher and new Executions also join the feature set.
Campaign mode now includes enemies originally found in Gears of War 2. The update supports DirectX 10 and DirectX 11 for broader compatibility. It also adds ultra-wide display support for 21:9 and 32:9 aspect ratios with proper field of view.
