EA Sports released a new patch for EA Sports FC 26 on June 16. The update brings version 1.6.2 to players across all supported platforms. This release follows earlier maintenance efforts aimed at stabilizing the game's core systems.

June patch resolves Virtual Pro creation issues and fixture display bugs
The patch arrives as Update 1.27/1.000.027 for both consoles and PC. It targets specific issues within The World’s Game content drop features. Players will notice changes to the Office Hub interface and Tournament Tree widget visibility.
Career Mode receives targeted fixes to improve manager simulation accuracy. The update re-enables National Team selection for Manager Career Live Start Points from May 2026. Developers also corrected display bugs affecting fixture schedules in this mode.
Clubs mode updates resolve errors that prevented users from creating Virtual Pro accounts. The patch corrects how AI Facility boosts are applied during gameplay. General improvements include updated kits, portraits, stadiums, and stability fixes alongside a fix for the Restore Default display setting.
