Patch resolves PS5 crash and adds contested base capturing state

The patch addresses stability issues that affected players during matches. It also introduces new mechanics for base capturing and adjusts vehicle physics across platforms.

A key fix resolves a crash that occurred when PS5 users activated Binoculars at 4K resolution. The update adds support for micro-freeze detection to the _-logStats_ command on PC.

Developers added a 'contested' state for base capturing mechanics to improve gameplay clarity. They adjusted vehicle simulation parameters, including rollover prevention for the BRDM-2 and faster gear shifting speeds.

The hotfix resolves various asset clipping issues that disrupted visual immersion. It also fixes spawn bugs and nametag replication problems across multiplayer sessions.
