Infinix launches the Smart 20 in India featuring a MediaTek Helio G81 processor, 120Hz display, IP64 dust resistance, and UltraLink offline connectivity starting at Rs 12,499.

Infinix introduced the Smart 20 smartphone in India with a focus on battery life and durability. The device targets budget users who need long-lasting power and basic protection against dust and water splashes.

Budget smartphone targets durability with IP64 rating and UltraLink offline communication.

The phone uses a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate processor paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM. It runs XOS 16 based on Android 16 and includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.

The display measures 6.78 inches and uses an HD+ IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Storage options reach up to 128GB using eMMC 5.1 technology, while the device supports microSD cards up to 2TB.

An 8-megapixel rear camera sits next to an auxiliary sensor and dual-LED flash. The front camera also uses an 8-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls. The phone carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

The battery holds 5,200mAh of capacity and supports 15W wired charging. It also provides 5W reverse wired charging to power other devices. Stereo speakers with DTS audio come standard, and the device includes an infrared sensor.

Infinix added UltraLink offline communication technology that allows compatible phones to connect up to 1km away without internet access. The Smart 20 succeeds the earlier Smart 10 model in the company lineup.

The 4GB plus 64GB version costs Rs 12,499 and ships on June 12 through Flipkart and the Infinix India online store. The 4GB plus 128GB version lists for Rs 13,999 in the same regions.
