MSI is expanding its gaming peripheral lineup with the STRIKE ALLOY TMR, a premium mechanical keyboard that introduces tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) magnetic switches to the market. The announcement comes alongside a companion device called the STRIKE NEXUS smart control display, which attaches magnetically to the keyboard and adds practical functionality for gamers and streamers.

MSI equipped it with hot-swappable sockets that accept either TMR magnetic switches or traditional mechanical switches. The hot-swappable design lets you swap in a different TMR switch or a more traditional mechanical one without needing to solder components.
