OnePlus is preparing two new flagship phones: the Ace 6 Ultra and the Ace 6. The Ultra model targets enthusiasts with a larger battery and a bigger main camera sensor. The standard model offers better value for money.
Chipset and display differences
The Ace 6 Ultra runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip built on a 3nm process. The Ace 6 uses a Snapdragon 8 Elite, also 3nm. Both phones feature a 165Hz AMOLED display, with the Ultra at 6.78 inches and the standard at 6.83 inches.

Battery capacity differs significantly. The Ultra packs an 8600mAh cell, while the standard has 7800mAh. Both support 120W wired charging with bypass charging. The Ultra's larger battery should provide better endurance, according to the source.
Battery and camera comparison
Camera specs also vary. The Ace 6 Ultra has a 50MP main sensor with a 1/1.55-inch sensor and OIS, which should improve low-light photography. The standard Ace 6 also has a 50MP sensor with OIS but a smaller sensor. The standard model supports 4K 120fps video recording.
Both phones share several features: IP68/IP69K water resistance, up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, and Bluetooth 6.0 on the Ultra. The Ultra offers an optional eco-leather finish, which the source says gives it a more premium feel.
Pricing is set at around 48500 INR (about $509) for the Ace 6 Ultra and 32000 INR (about $336) for the Ace 6. In the US, prices are approximately $485 and $400 respectively. Availability details are not yet confirmed.
The Ace 6 Ultra wins narrowly due to its eco-leather finish and premium positioning, according to the source. For buyers focused on value, the Ace 6 is the recommended choice. Both phones are expected to launch soon, but official dates remain unannounced.
