Red Barrels has released a new update for The Outlast Trials, bringing the game to version 1.55 or 1.000.053. The update introduces a limited-time event called Prime Time, along with new challenges and therapies.
Prime Time event and new challenges arrive
The Prime Time event is now live. Two new MK-Challenges have been added: Win the Truth and Incinerate the Relic. Two new Routine Therapies are also available. Classified runs from June 16 to June 30, and Mirror runs from June 30 to July 14. The rare cosmetic tier has been reintroduced as Enhanced. Invasion mode has received adjustments, and various bug fixes and improvements are included.
The update is available globally as of May 19, 2025.
