is launching a new smartphone app called Pictonico on May 28. The app turns digital photos into minigames. It is available on Google Play and the App Store.

Free version includes only three minigames

Pictonico is free to start but includes microtransactions. The free version only offers three minigames. Two paid volumes add more minigames. Volume 1 costs 7.99 USD (about $7.99). Volume 2 costs 5.99 USD (about $5.99).

Nintendo has not confirmed the launch window for some regions. The company has not detailed future updates or additional volumes.
