Xiaomi has officially set the launch date for the Xiaomi 17 Max smartphone for May 21. The company announced this specific timeline through its official Weibo channel. The event marks the debut of a new flagship device targeted at the Chinese market.

New flagship smartphone features massive battery and Leica camera tuning

The Xiaomi 17 Max features a large 6.9-inch display. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The device includes a 200MP primary camera with Leica tuning. A key highlight is its 8,000mAh battery capacity. Xiaomi confirmed the phone will come in three color options: Pixel Black, White, and Sky Blue.
