Xiaomi has introduced the Xiaomi 17 Max, a new flagship smartphone designed for the Chinese market. The device features a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. This hardware configuration positions the phone as a high-performance option within the brand's current lineup.

The new flagship smartphone features a 6.9-inch OLED display with 3,500 nits peak brightness.

The smartphone includes a large 6.9-inch OLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a peak brightness of 3,500 nits. The camera system consists of a 200MP primary sensor with a 1/1.4-inch size and f/1.65 aperture. It also features a 50MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3x optical zoom.

Xiaomi has confirmed the launch price for the device in China but has not yet announced a global release date or international availability. The brand currently limits this specific model to the Chinese market without providing further details on potential worldwide distribution.
