Everstone Studio and NetEase Games have confirmed a release date for the 'Imperial Palace' expansion of Where Winds Meet. The update launches on May 28 across PlayStation 5, PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, iOS, and Android platforms.
New map and campaigns launch across PlayStation PC iOS Android platforms
The expansion introduces a massive new map set inside Kaifeng's palace complex covering over one million square meters. Players will uncover conspiracies involving the royal family and secrets threatening the Jianghu. The update features more than 3,000 unique NPCs with complex relationships and conflicts. Traditional activities like cricket fighting and ice frolicking are included.
The palace is divided into three major areas: Front Court, Inner Quarters, and Central Bureaus. Players can join the 'Office of Martial and Virtue' as undercover agents completing daily assignments. New campaigns include 'Sealed Treasury' and 'Confinement Tower'. New world bosses include Gilded Lament and Cat Emperor. Multiplayer battles against Everdeer and Moongazing are introduced.
A Dragon Boat Festival event will arrive in June, featuring gift crafting and Five Elements exercises. A new official trailer will be released alongside the update.
