Stick It to the Stickman leaves Early Access and launches on PC via Steam on September 23. This release marks the end of the game's beta phase and makes the full experience available to all players. Buyers who waited for the final version will now have access to the completed story and all planned features. The move from Early Access to a 1.0 release signals that the developers consider the core gameplay loop stable and complete.

Free Lives adds Ninja and Negotiator archetypes to the final game
The game is developed by Free Lives and published by Devolver Digital. It originally launched in Early Access on August 18, 2025, allowing players to test early builds of the mechanics. The 1.0 update brings significant content additions that were not present in the initial Early Access version. Players can now expect a more polished experience with new archetypes and game modes integrated into the main campaign.
The 1.0 update introduces two new game modes: Neurolink and a second mode that remains redacted in the source material. Devolver Digital stated that these modes will complete the story of the Founder, the Shareholders, and the fate of the world. The update also adds two new character archetypes: the Ninja and the Negotiator. These additions expand the strategic options available to players during missions.
Beyond the new modes and archetypes, the 1.0 release includes new passives, bosses, and level segments. These elements were part of the long-term development roadmap since the Early Access launch. The game is now available globally on Steam. Players who purchased the game during Early Access may see a price increase for the full version, so early buyers can secure the final release at the previous rate.
