Additional Latin American and Middle Eastern countries will see their stores shut down later in 2026. All other countries will experience the full closure of both PS3 and PS Vita stores in July 2027.
Users will retain the ability to download previously purchased content even after the stores officially close. This ensures that digital libraries remain accessible for offline play and reinstallation. The company confirmed that the infrastructure for redownloads will remain operational despite the storefront shutdown.
