Electronic Arts has released a new patch for its Skate game, designated as version 0.30.7. The update went live globally on May 5 at 10 a.m. PDT across all platforms. This release addresses numerous stability issues and fixes various glitches affecting gameplay mechanics.
The patch introduces different build versions depending on the console platform. Players on PS4 will see version 1.20, while those on PS5 will receive version 1.000.020. The update resolves audio distortion that occurred when entering and exiting Challenges. It also fixes Late Flips not landing correctly in certain scenarios.
Skate Patch 0.30.7 includes a comprehensive list of bug fixes to improve the overall experience. The patch adds the ability to move while performing specific gestures such as the Anarchy Bunny or Murder Bunny. It resolves stability issues where characters would teleport to safe locations if they fell through the map.
The update also addresses double grind glitches and contact force wipeout triggering issues. Players will find that offboard bounce pad boost triggers are now functioning correctly. Additionally, Hippy Jumps no longer fail unintentionally, and inconsistent landing after a Darkslide has been corrected.
