VOID Interactive released a minor update for Ready or Not on May 5. The patch brings the game to version 1.4.3 on PC and version 1.001.004 on consoles.

The update addresses multiplayer connectivity issues. It fixes instances where users were stuck on the Epic Online Services authentication process. The developer also corrected several achievement bugs. Players can now unlock the My Eyes, It Burns achievement correctly. The Getting Your Sea Legs achievement no longer unlocks prematurely. The Heat is On achievement no longer triggers upon mission failure.
