RugOne is targeting outdoor enthusiasts and field workers with the Xsnap 7 Pro, a rugged smartphone that integrates a detachable magnetic action camera. This unique hardware configuration allows users to record high-quality video without carrying a separate device, which simplifies gear for adventurers and professionals who need durability and media capture in one package. The phone ships with Android 16 and emphasizes extreme environmental resistance alongside its camera capabilities.

The device is built around a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 5G chipset paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It features a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a peak brightness of 1,700 nits. A massive 9,300mAh battery powers the system, supporting 45W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging to replenish the detachable camera.

The main camera system consists of a 50MP Samsung GN9 sensor with optical and electronic image stabilization, plus a 64MP infrared night vision camera equipped with IR LEDs for low-light recording.

RugOne designed the Xsnap 7 Pro to withstand harsh conditions, carrying IP68 and IP69K dust and water resistance ratings. The chassis has also been tested using MIL-STD-810H durability methods to ensure reliability in tough environments. A 32MP front camera handles selfies and video calls, while the software runs on Android 16 out of the box.

Kickstarter sales for the Xsnap 7 Pro opened on September 7, 2026, with limited super early-bird pricing starting at 799 EUR (around $928). Standard retail pricing is set at 999 USD (around $999) in the United States and 1,099.99 EUR (around $1,277) in Europe. Global retail availability is scheduled for October 2026.
