Phantom Blade Zero PS5 physical edition appears cancelled as retailer Play- Asia removes the disc listing, leaving only digital pre- orders available.

owners looking to buy Phantom Blade Zero on disc should prepare for a digital-only launch. The physical edition appears to be cancelled, which matters because collectors and disc buyers lose a purchase option at release. This shift forces anyone wanting the game on console to rely on digital storefronts instead.

Retailer removes disc listing, leaving digital pre-orders as the only purchase method

The title Phantom Blade Zero is developed by S-GAME for the PlayStation 5 platform. S-GAME has not yet issued an official statement confirming the cancellation of the physical disc run. The absence of a direct response from the developer or Sony leaves the situation in a gray area for now.

Retailer Play-Asia has removed the physical edition of the game from its online catalog. A representative for the store stated that they received information indicating the physical version is unavailable. This action effectively signals that the disc version will not ship through this major retailer at launch.

Currently, only digital pre-orders for the PS5 version remain available on Play-Asia. The lack of official confirmation from S-GAME or PlayStation means the situation could theoretically change, but no such update has occurred. We have been tracking Phantom Blade Zero closely, as seen in our earlier coverage on Phantom Blade Zero Physical Disc Edition.
