OnLogic has released the Helix 320, a fanless mini PC designed for industrial and enterprise environments. This device targets users who need silent operation and reliable connectivity in confined spaces. The system prioritizes wired networking and rugged durability over consumer-style aesthetics.

Fanless industrial mini PC with four 2.5G Ethernet ports starts at $1,243

The unit measures 180 by 120 by 32 mm and houses an aluminum enclosure. It supports two Twin Lake processors to handle different workload demands. Buyers can choose between a four-core Intel N250 or an eight-core Intel Core 3 N355.

Specifications

  • CPU: Intel N250 (4-core) or Intel Core 3 N355 (8-core)
  • Memory: 8 GB or 16 GB soldered LPDDR5
  • Ethernet: Four 2.5 G ports
  • Storage: 128 GB SATA 3 M.2 SSD with one upgradable M.2 2280 slot
  • Design: Fanless aluminum enclosure

The system includes four 2.5 G Ethernet ports for robust network integration. Memory comes as 8 GB or 16 GB of soldered LPDDR5 RAM. Storage starts with a 128 GB SATA 3 M.2 SSD and offers one upgradable M.2 2280 slot.

Connectivity options include dual USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C and four Type-A ports. The chassis also features dual DisplayPort outputs and a 14-pin COM header. Users can add cellular, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth modules via dedicated M.2 slots.

Prices start at $1,243 for the base N250 configuration. OnLogic lists the Helix 320 on its official website for direct purchase. The company claims the N250 variant matches the multicore performance of an older Core i7-10710U.

The N355 variant delivers higher throughput, comparable to a Core Ultra 5 115U. This hardware provides a compact solution for edge computing tasks. The fanless design ensures the unit operates without moving parts.
