Capcom and TiMi Studio Group are opening registration for the third closed beta test of Monster Hunter Outlanders, giving mobile players a chance to try the game before its full release. This update matters because it introduces new content and technical improvements that could shape the final experience for gamers on iOS and Android. Players interested in hunting with new monsters and hunters should register before the July 24 deadline.
New radiant monsters and optimization updates arrive in August
The beta test is scheduled to begin on August 7, 2026, at 04:00 CES. It will launch in Japan, the United States, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and the Philippines. This wide regional rollout allows a large number of players to participate in the testing phase simultaneously.
Capcom specified that the test will feature new radiant monsters and additional hunters that have newly appeared since the Closed Beta Test 2 held in May 2026. The studio also stated that the test will implement improvements outlined in the optimization plan shared following the previous test. These additions aim to refine gameplay and address feedback from earlier rounds.
iOS users must have an iPhone XR or above running iOS 17 or higher to participate. Android players need a device with a Snapdragon 845 processor or better, along with Android 12.0 or above. These hardware requirements ensure that the game runs smoothly on supported devices during the beta period.
Registration for the third closed beta test is now open and remains active until July 24, 2026. The game will be available on both iOS and Android platforms during the test window. Players can join the testing phase to experience the latest updates and provide feedback to the developers.
