M5Stack has launched the M5Paper Color ESP32S3 Dev Kit, a development board with a color e-ink display. The device is available now from the manufacturer.
Color E Ink display and ESP32-S3 processor
The kit features a 4-inch E Ink Spectra display with a resolution of 400 by 600 pixels and color support. It is powered by an ESP32-S3R8 processor with dual-core Xtensa LX7 cores clocked at up to 240 MHz. The board includes 16 MB of flash storage, 8 MB of PSRAM, and a microSD card slot. Wireless connectivity is provided by 2.4 GHz WiFi. A 1250 mAh battery allows for portable use.

The M5Paper Color ESP32S3 Dev Kit is priced at 75 USD (about $75.00).
E-ink displays consume little power and remain readable in bright light, making them suitable for static information displays. The kit includes a speaker, microphone, and buttons for user interaction. Developers will need to write their own software for smart home or other applications.
