Lenovo released the ThinkVision P27UD-40, a 27-inch 4K IPS monitor designed for professionals who need high color accuracy and flexible connectivity. This display matters because it combines a 120Hz variable refresh rate with a single-cable Thunderbolt 4 solution that delivers up to 140W of power. Buyers with high-performance laptops can now charge their devices and drive a high-resolution screen through one connection. The monitor ships in China for 3,999 yuan (around $595).

The display panel uses an IPS matrix with a standard 3840 x 2160 resolution. It covers 99% of the sRGB and BT.709 gamuts, along with 98% of the DCI-P3 color space. Lenovo factory calibrates each unit to a Delta E of less than 2 to ensure color consistency. The panel supports 8-bit plus FRC to render 10-bit color depth for smoother gradients.
