Keepsake Games released the biggest update yet for its co-op FPS Jump Space. The summer update is live now on the experimental branch, with a full launch expected by the end of June.

New Hammerhead ship with four gunner stations
Jump Space is a co-op first-person shooter. The update introduces a new player ship called the Hammerhead, which features four gunner stations and four special weapon slots.
Two new weapons arrive for ships: the Vulcan minigun and the Thunderhead cannon. On-foot, players get a minigun and an SMG. The loot system has been reworked with rarities and random modules, and upgrade points allow customization.
Players can now save weapons to personal blueprints and reprint them. They can also loan copies to friends. The ship health system has been redesigned, and enemy ships now perform evasive maneuvers. A new targeting guide has been added.
The update adds hot-join and instant rejoin after disconnect. Keepsake Games asks players to stress test late joining and disconnects with friends as much as possible.
