Take-Two Interactive has officially confirmed that Grand Theft Auto VI will launch on November 19, 2026. The publisher announced the fixed release date during its Q4 fiscal year 2026 earnings report on May 21. This announcement ends a period of speculation regarding the title's schedule.

Take-Two Interactive officially locks the release date and financial projections for its upcoming title.

The game arrives exclusively on and |S consoles at launch. Take-Two has not announced any plans for a PC version alongside this initial release window.

Take-Two projects net bookings between $8.0 billion and $8.2 billion for fiscal year 2027, driven by the game's release. Full-year revenue rose 18% to reach $6.66 billion in the previous fiscal period. CEO Strauss Zelnick stated that the upcoming launch will establish new record levels of operating performance.

The publisher exceeded its own quarterly guidance with $1.58 billion in net bookings for Q4. Take-Two cleared $1.1 billion in short-term debt during the year to strengthen its balance sheet ahead of the major release.
