Asus is marking its Republic of Gamers brand’s 20th anniversary with a new high-performance display that prioritizes raw speed for competitive players. The ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM, also known as the Godlike 27 Plus, offers a triple-mode refresh rate system that lets users trade resolution for speed. This flexibility matters because it allows gamers to run demanding titles at 4K or push esports titles to extreme frame rates without buying multiple monitors.

The core of this display is a 27-inch Fast IPS panel that delivers a native 4K resolution at 240Hz. The panel is engineered to support the high bandwidth demands of modern gaming while preserving color accuracy. This configuration targets users who want a single screen for both high-fidelity single-player games and fast-paced multiplayer matches.

Asus also integrated several AI-driven gaming tools into the display’s firmware to enhance the visual experience. The panel also uses intelligent pixel enhancement to sharpen motion clarity during fast camera movements. Connectivity is handled by DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, and USB-C ports to support various PC setups.
Asus has not yet revealed the pricing or specific launch dates for this monitor in China or other global markets. The company is currently keeping the final retail name and cost details under wraps until closer to release.
