Thanks to the participation in the latest ARC Raiders PvE test that attracted a big audience Embark Studios is actually paying attention to its audience. They've surveyed more than 1,100 people to see how the latest test for the new PvE mode went. This is part of the feedback system that helps the studio to understand which parts of the game need adjustment before the full release. This way, anyone who wants their voice heard in the final game can see what parts of the development the studio is focusing on.

Embark Studios uses player feedback to adjust PvE stability
The focus of this update is on the PvE part of the game, which is the core of the cooperative gameplay. The game is more focused on playing against AI (PvE) instead of other players (PvP) with cooperation being the main focus. With the latest test phase people got a chance to try out how all these mechanics work on a controlled environment. This survey shows what people think of the PvE gameplay.
Insider Gaming has run the survey to gather first-hand feedback from a very active group. These data shows where the gameplay experience was successful and where it wasn't. The studio uses this data to improve balance and stability in the future with updates. This way the studio can make sure that any big change will benefit the majority of participants.
In our last coverage of the last ARC Raiders update we've talked about the same balance and stability issues. The new feedback system appears to be tackling those core issues head-on. The studio is using this structured feedback to refine the core loop. These results will likely be used to move to the next step of technical adjustments.
