Apple replaces text labels with symbols on several keys across four models

The affected devices include the standard Magic Keyboard, the version with Touch ID, and two full-size models with numeric keypads. Apple kept the pricing structure identical to the USB-C versions released in October 2024. The standard model costs $99, while the Touch ID variant is $149. Full-size models with numeric keypads start at $179 for the white version and $199 for the black one.

This cosmetic refresh keeps the Magic Keyboard lineup consistent with its recent USB-C transition. The prices and core features remain unchanged. The shift to glyphs is the only visible difference. Buyers can expect the same typing experience with slightly different key markings.
