Lenovo introduced a new accessory that merges two common travel items into a single unit. The Lenovo 2-in-1 Hybrid Power Bank 140W functions as both a portable battery and a wall charger. This hybrid design allows users to switch between charging devices on the go or powering electronics from an outlet.

Dual USB-C ports deliver up to 140W output in wall charger mode

The device centers around a 10,200mAh internal battery housed in a compact form factor. It features two USB Type-C ports located on the top surface for connecting cables. A built-in 1.3-inch smart display sits on the front to show real-time charging information and system status.

  • Battery Capacity: 10,200mAh
  • Max Output (Hybrid Mode): 140W (USB-C1), 65W (USB-C2)
  • Standard Output: 65W per port
  • Display: 1.3-inch smart display
  • Ports: 2x USB Type-C

Power delivery capabilities vary depending on how the unit operates. In standard power bank mode, each of the two USB-C ports supports up to 65W output. When plugged into a wall outlet for hybrid charger mode, the device directs more power to connected devices, reaching 140W on one port and 65W on the other.

The power bank supports a wide range of charging protocols including USB PD 3.0, PPS, QC 3.0, AFC, FCP, Lenovo VDM, and Motorola proprietary standards. This broad compatibility ensures it can charge various laptops, phones, and tablets efficiently. The display also monitors temperature and alerts users to potential errors during operation.

Lenovo priced the new power bank at 409 yuan CNY (about $60.40) for the Chinese market. The company introduced this specific model in China without announcing global release details at this time.
