The smartwatch measures 11.8 millimeters thick and weighs 32 grams. It offers water resistance up to 5 ATM, allowing use during swimming activities. The display supports an always-on mode that reduces battery life from 16 days to five days. A night vision mode displays content in red for low-light visibility.

The device includes sensors for heart rate monitoring and blood oxygen measurement. An integrated GPS module tracks distance for running or cycling sessions. It supports tracking for sleep, stress, the female cycle, and 110 types of sport. The watch lacks an ECG sensor, a skin temperature sensor, and an NFC chip for contactless payments.
Realme will launch the Watch S5 in India first. The smartwatch costs INR 7,999 (about $84) in that market. Realme has not yet confirmed any details about an international launch.
