Aniplex launched a new limited-time event for the North American version of Fate/Grand Order on September 25, 2024. The 'Faerie Sugoroku Insect Cage Game' update gives players a fresh challenge that runs until October 15. This event matters because it introduces new character banners and a specific progression gate that determines who can participate.
New Kazuradrop banners and zero AP quests for Atlantis and Olympus chapters
Access to the Faerie Sugoroku event requires players to have cleared Lostbelt No. 4 in the game's story. Aniplex also released new summoning banners featuring Kazuradrop, a new five-star Alter Ego servant. These banners also include Meltryllis paired with the four-star servant Huang Feihu.
The update adds a new five-star Craft Essence titled 'With My Father.' This item provides Ignore Defense and Noble Phantasm charge boosts to equipped servants. These stat changes offer tactical options for players tackling the new event's specific encounters.
Aniplex is simultaneously running a Lostbelt No. 5 Clear Support Campaign through October 31. This campaign offers zero Action Point costs for Main Quests in the Atlantis and Olympus chapters. Players who have not finished these earlier story arcs can use this window to catch up without resource penalties.
When we covered the last Fate/Grand Order update, several of the same balance and stability themes came up. This new event continues that pattern by offering resource relief alongside new content. The combination of new banners and zero-AP quests provides a clear path for both new and returning players.
