According to a leak from Digital Chat Station, the Redmi K100 will use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, not the upcoming Gen 6. The device is expected to launch in China around October 2026, with global versions possibly arriving in early 2027.
Leaked specs include 200MP camera and 8000mAh battery
The Redmi K100 is rumored to feature a 6.59-inch flat display with 1.5K resolution and a high refresh rate. It will pack an 8000mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging and wireless charging. The main camera is said to be 200MP paired with a telephoto lens. Other rumored specs include IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and symmetrical dual speakers.

A higher-end variant, the Redmi K100 Pro Max, is expected to use a 2nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chip and feature a 200MP+50MP+50MP camera setup. This model may be rebranded globally as the POCO F9 Ultra. Another device in the K100 series is rumored to have a 7-inch 2K display and a battery larger than 10000mAh.
As with any early leak, these specifications may change before the final retail version. Digital Chat Station has not confirmed the exact launch window or final pricing.
