Mobile gamers who rely on cloud services now have a controller that disappears into a pocket. The Razer Prio folds to the size of a credit card, solving the bulk problem that usually stops players from carrying dedicated hardware. This compact design means you can game on the go without lugging around a bulky box.

A pocketable controller with capacitive sticks for cloud gaming

The device connects directly to your smartphone through a USB-C cable. It draws power from the phone, so you do not need to charge a separate battery or pair it via Bluetooth. This direct connection keeps latency low for responsive controls.

Specifications

  • Folded dimensions: 107 x 67 x 23 mm
  • Weight: 101 g
  • Max screen size: 7 inches
  • Connectivity: USB-C
  • Stick technology: Capacitive sensing

When folded, the Prio measures 107 by 67 by 23 mm and weighs just 101 grams. It supports smartphones with screens up to 7 inches, which covers most modern flagships. The analog sticks use capacitive sensing instead of physical contacts to reduce wear and the risk of stick drift.

Razer says the slim profile allows the controller to work with most slim and medium phone cases without removal. It is compatible with iPhones running iOS 18 and Android devices running Android 14 or later. The controller supports major cloud gaming services including Xbox Cloud Gaming, Link, and PS Remote Play.

Razer has not provided pricing or availability details yet. This article will be updated when the company releases those specifics. Until then, the Prio remains a confirmed product with no confirmed release date.
