Lenovo has introduced the LOQ Essential 15IPH11, a new 15-inch gaming laptop that relies entirely on integrated graphics rather than a discrete video card. This shift matters because it offers a lower entry price for casual gamers who want to play modern titles without paying for a dedicated GPU. The machine targets budget-conscious buyers who prioritize portability and battery life over high-end graphical fidelity.

Intel Panther Lake laptop with integrated Arc B390 graphics targets casual gamers

The laptop runs on an Core Ultra X7 358H processor from the Panther Lake family. This chip includes an integrated Intel Arc B390 GPU that handles all visual processing. Lenovo pairs this processor with 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM running at either 8533 or 9600 MHz speeds. The system uses dual M.2 2280 slots for storage expansion.

Specifications

  • CPU: Intel Core Ultra X7 358H (Panther Lake)
  • GPU: Intel Arc B390 (integrated)
  • Display: 15.3-inch IPS, 1920 x 1200, 16:10, 165 Hz, 100% sRGB, 300 nits
  • RAM: 16 GB LPDDR5X-8533 or LPDDR5X-9600
  • Storage: Dual M.2 2280 slots

A 15.3-inch IPS display covers the screen with a 1920 x 1200 resolution in a 16:10 aspect ratio. The panel supports a 165 Hz refresh rate and covers 100% of the sRGB color space. It reaches a peak brightness of 300 nits. The chassis measures 344.9 x 254.83 x 20.9-23.25 mm and weighs 2.1 kg. Lenovo offers the device in Eclipse Black and Luna Grey finishes.

Lenovo claims the 60 Wh battery lasts up to 19 hours when playing 1080p local videos at 150 nits brightness. Benchmark data from Notebookcheck shows the Arc B390 outperforms the previous LOQ Essential 15IRH11 in games. However, the integrated graphics fall short of laptops powered by an 4050. The LOQ Essential 15IPH11 is set for a global release in the coming months. Exact pricing and the specific launch date remain unknown at this time. Buyers looking for a lightweight, long-lasting laptop for light gaming should watch for this model.
