The V14 Gen 6 AMN provides a lightweight design and extended battery life, although benchmarks indicate reduced performance relative to older models.

The laptop runs on processors, specifically the Athlon Silver 10, Ryzen 3 30, or Ryzen 5 40 chips. These processors utilize the older Zen 2 architecture, which provides four cores and eight threads to handle everyday tasks like web browsing and document editing. Lenovo restricts the US market to only the Ryzen 3 and Ryzen 5 variants, while other regions may receive the entry-level Athlon model.

The chassis is made of plastic and weighs just 1.32 kg, measuring 324.2 by 215.2 by 19.9 mm for easy portability.

The 14-inch display delivers a 1080p resolution and 60 Hz refresh rate with 300 nits of peak brightness. Lenovo defaults to a TN panel for this screen, but customers can select an IPS alternative for better viewing angles. Independent benchmarks indicate that the Zen 2 processors provide less performance than older Lenovo models, making this device suitable only for light productivity workloads.
