A handheld gaming device labeled as the Lenovo G02 has appeared on AliExpress, listing for 64 USD (about $64.00) and 71 USD (about $71.00). The product has also been spotted on Lenovo's Chinese support site, but the company has not made any official announcement.

According to the listing, the G02 runs on a Rockchip RK3326 processor paired with 1GB of RAM. That chipset is capable of handling NES, SNES, Genesis, and Game Boy Advance titles reasonably well, but struggles with most N64, Dreamcast, and PSP games, according to Retro Gaming With Deadfred.
The device is available on AliExpress, though Lenovo has not confirmed the product's authenticity. A social media user asked Lenovo directly if the device is authentic, but the company has not responded publicly.
