The new model brings back the modular design that lets users swap side panels, giving you the flexibility to change the button count without buying a new device. The modular design allows users to customize the mouse for various genres, switching between a compact layout for shooters and a full button array for complex MMOs.

The mouse centers on a detachable side panel system that supports 2, 6, or 12-button configurations. Users can quickly swap the magnetic side panels to adapt the mouse configuration to their current gaming requirements. The main body houses the Razer HyperScroll Tilt Wheel Gen-2, which adds Smart-Reel mode for smooth scrolling or precise step-by-step navigation. The Razer HyperScroll Tilt Wheel Gen-2 adds vertical scrolling and tilt controls, features frequently utilized by MMO players.
