The toys function as interactive games rather than static figures, with designs that include disc shooters, spinners, ring toss games, and Poke Ball rollers. One design also includes a sticker case and a Snorlax name tag.
McDonald's Japan has set specific purchase limits to manage demand during the initial launch window. Customers can buy a maximum of six Pokemon Happy Meals per group and per transaction between August 7 and August 9. The chain also stated that the meals will be unavailable through third-party delivery platforms during these first three days to prevent immediate resale.
The toys will arrive in Japan in three waves starting from August 7. The first wave includes six toys available from August 7 to August 13.
