Round8 Studio releases patch 1.13.1 alongside Complete Edition launch

The update arrives alongside the release of Lies of P: Complete Edition on the 2. This edition bundles the base game with the previously released Overture DLC. The move allows Switch 2 owners to experience the full narrative without purchasing separate content packs.

  • Patch Version: 1.13.1.0 (Update 1.013.001)
  • New Platform: Switch 2
  • New Storefront: Epic Games Store
  • DLC Included: Overture

Version 1.13.1.0 (Update 1.013.001) introduces significant graphical changes for the new console. Round8 Studio added a new Performance-centered option that supports up to 60fps in Handheld Mode. The previous Performance-centered mode is now called Balanced. The studio also fixed issues with the Quality-centered option in Handheld Mode.

The patch addresses stability and compatibility across multiple platforms. Round8 Studio fixed crashes that could occur in various situations to improve overall game stability. On Xbox, the update corrects an issue where Adrenalin’s 4 Override feature was not working as intended. The studio also resolved a resolution bug in Version 1.13.2 where Quality mode rendered at a lower internal resolution.

Nintendo Switch 2 players can now control motion blur through the Gameplay settings. This option is only available in TV Mode and can be enabled or disabled by the user. The update ensures that visual preferences can be adjusted based on the playing environment.

We looked at Space Marine 2 Hotfix 13.1 Released earlier while tracking Round8 studio launches. The studio continues to refine its titles with regular updates that address technical issues and add platform-specific features. The August 5 update solidifies the game's presence on the new Nintendo hardware and Epic Games Store.
