IO Interactive's upcoming game 007 First Light will not include a New Game+ mode at launch. The developer has no plans to add it in the future.

Replayability comes from TacSim mode, which offers modifiers and challenges. Players can unlock new gadgets, gizmos, and suits by completing these challenges. The game does not have traditional skill progression; instead, gadgets serve as the main progression system. Combat features combo-based melee and found weapons, and players can bluff during encounters.

007 First Light launches on May 27. An online connection is not required after the initial download.

The game is developed by IO Interactive, known for the Hitman series. Insider Gaming reported the details.
