KOEI Tecmo and Team NINJA have announced Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember, the sequel to the 2023 action RPG Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. The game is set to launch in early 2027.
Sequel builds on 2023's combat and setting
The announcement came with a debut gameplay trailer shown at the Xbox Games Showcase 2026. Wo Long 2 continues the dark fantasy take on the Three Kingdoms era, blending Chinese martial arts with demonic foes.
Players will master evolved Chinese martial arts and battle across battlefields overrun by monstrous demons. They will fight alongside renowned heroes from history, according to the developers.

The game is coming to PC and consoles worldwide in early 2027. Platforms beyond PC have not been confirmed, though the Xbox showcase hints at an Xbox version.
