Eclipse Glow Games is bringing its action title Tides of Annihilation to Gamescom 2026 for the first global playtest. This event marks a critical milestone for the studio, as it allows players to experience the game before its official launch. We will see the opening trailer during the Opening Night Live showcase on August 25.

Branching paths and combat demo arrive at Gamescom 2026

The studio developed Tides of Annihilation for , Xbox Series consoles, and PC platforms including and the Epic Games Store. The playable demo at Gamescom will feature branching paths that alter exploration and combat experiences. Attendees can also walk through key environments and witness epic set pieces firsthand.

Ary Chen, game director and co-CEO of Eclipse Glow Games, stated that Gamescom represents an important moment for the team. He noted that the developers poured heart and soul into the project over several years. The studio is eager to see how first-time players react to the demo.
