Maxis and EA released Patch 2.34 for The Sims 4 on May 21. This update addresses several bugs in the base game and the console version.

EA Maxis addresses navigation and scrolling issues in the latest update.

The patch fixes navigation issues within the Create a Sim catalog. Players can now open clothing categories that jump directly to the currently worn outfit. Build Mode users benefit from an eyedropper tool correction that navigates to the correct catalog item for selected objects. The update also resolves timeout errors that previously interrupted Gallery uploads.

Console players using controllers reported scrolling failures when switching between different Create a Sim categories. Patch 2.34 restores proper scrolling functionality within those menus.

The Sims 4 remains available globally following this release.
